How to open a NEW trouble ticket!

STEP 1

Follow this link. 

STEP 2

Input your preferred e-mail address. Then click Log in.

STEP 3

Go to the inbox of the e-mail address used in STEP 2.

Then, open the email and follow the link to the portal.

STEP 4

Click on the + sign to open a new trouble ticket.

Then, fill out the Support Request Form and click Submit.

All support requests will be promptly answered in the order received.
