Typhoon Tapah

Hello Everybody,


For those of you who've been living on Okinawa for a while, are already seasoned vets. when it comes to typhoons and the procedures that come after. However, for those of you new to Okinawa and lost internet please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Power-cycle your NTT modem and Wireless router.

STEP 2: Check the condition of your NTT modem lights.

(4 Lights ON) - Everything should be working as it should.

(3 Lights ON) - Your Wireless router may have been damaged, due to an electrical surge.

(2 Lights ON) - The NTT fiber line was, highly likely, damaged/broken due to the weather.

(1 Lights ON) - Your Wireless router and the fiber may have issues.

STEP 3: Use the Tech Support form to provide us with your Name, Address, and the light condition of your NTT modem.

We look forward to assisting you in re-connecting to the internet as soon as possible.
